Growing up sucks. Having to spend money on necessities sucks. But then there comes a time when you are soooo happy you bought a nice expensive snow blower after having had 3 crappy ones. That time came in February. It started to snow, and well it just didn't stop for what seemed like forever. We all got a snow day as NO one could get out of the neighborhood and most of the town was shut down anyway.
Lots of drifts but we got somewhere near 16 inches.
In this picture is my stone bench outside my front door... can't see it? Yah it got covered. If you wanna see it go back through the blog posts as it is a common photo spot I use for the boys and it is pretty amazing how much snow there really was.
And here's the new snow blower! We got it maybe a week before the big blizzard.
Boys and Macy were "helping" of course
Bad part about so much snow is that our yards were too snowy to sled in. Never fear the boys found the snow piles made by the snow plow to be an ok substitution.
Sutton even caught some air on his go around.
