Basketball- Jan. 2011

This year the boys decided they wanted to try basketball.  Each of them was on their own team and much of the time they spent learning basics.  Mason’s team did end up playing quite a few games after  a few practices.  It’s unlikely we are going to have any NBA players on our hands but they did good. 

Sutton hustled well and finally got the hang of dribbling.

 And he even made few shots!

 Easton is a great hustler, he’s constantly running everywhere after the ball.

  
Mason is quick on the court and does a good job getting from one end to the other. He had one game where he was on fire and kept throwing them up from pretty far away and making them. He’s a bit timid on the court as far as defense goes but overall for the first time playing I would say the boys had fun and learned a lot.
