Hawk Game

Cue the music, “It’s the moooost wonderful time of the year.”  Nope not Christmas.  Football season!  As most of you know we are very avid Hawk fans, and particularly LOVE football season.  2 years ago we took the boys to the football game and it was nothing short of a disaster.  We rode the Hawkeye train and by 10 minutes into the 1^st quarter I was out on the concourse letting them run around while waiting for the train to start running so we could go home.  We vowed then to NEVER take them to a football game again.  We lied.  So we thought maybe since 2 years had passed and they were MUCH older (ha) that it might work.  We got invited into the suite and thought GREAT, this would be perfect because there would be room for the kids to move.  Sadly, we found out with so much room to move they felt like they were at home and proceeded to ignore the game and play and run and wrestle and well annoy both Jake and I.  So we have now vowed to not take them back… for at least 10 years.  J
