It's the end of an era, and it was a very sad day. I cried, she cried, it was a mess. This pic is from Easton and Sutton's last day of daycare at Kathy's. When they started Sutton was 16 months and Easton was almost 3. She's taught them so many things. I credit her for teaching the boys things like writing their names, knowing their letters and numbers and even helping Easton start reading. She gave them a huge advantage for school. Aside from all the great education they were also exposed to raising baby animals and life on the farm which provided them a different kind of education that you don't traditionally get in most daycares. She helped them learn to be independent and put them in charge of many things at school. We will be sad to move on but already have plans to go back and visit. The boys will have lots of great memories from Smiling Tots.
