Christmas a.k.a. whirlwind.

Well it wouldn't be Christmas without Christmas cookies.  So the boys and set out to break in my new Kitchenaid Mixer I got as an early Xmas gift.  What a mess... but they had fun.

Christmas began this year on Christmas Eve at Grandma Karen's.  The boys got spoiled as usual and had fun playing with their only cousin Tristan.  Among the favorite toys they got were huge remote controlled John Deere Gators!

Then Christmas morning the boys crept down to see that Santa had left them filled stockings and a few gifts.  Once they plowed through those it was onto gifts from mom and dad.  They loved their new robes and slippers which they specifically asked for.

There was also a request for grain semis and combines... check.

And finally their big surprise gift this year was Nintendo DSI's.  They haven't put them down and we have had to restrict usage each day.

Then it was get dressed to head to Grandma Lana's and Papa John's for more present opening and playing Grandma's new Xbox Kinect.  Their big present from them was an enormous Lego table that Papa build for them.  They play with it nearly everyday!

Finally on the day after Christmas we met Amber and her girls for some fun at the pool of a local hotel, what a fun way to end Christmas and burn off some of that energy they never seem to run out of.

Great pictures of the boys from the holiday! I love all of the silly bands that Sutton wears!
